What You Will Do:
- Support equipment readiness: transform machines into customer-ready units by cleaning, detailing, and preparing them for rental.
- Perform equipment inspections: perform inbound and outbound checks, ensuring equipment is safe, functional, and ready to perform.
- Ensure quality standards: make sure all outgoing equipment meets high expectations for cleanliness, reliability, and presentation.
- Equipment coordination: organize and maintain equipment across the yard and facility to support a smooth, fast-paced workflow.
- Team collaboration: partner with service, sales, and operations to ensure equipment is ready when customers need it.
