What You'll Do:

  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee food and beverage outlets or shifts, ensuring efficiency and excellence.

  • Collaborate with Culinary Teams: Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless food preparation and delivery.

  • Create Memorable Events: Assist in planning and executing banquets, private functions, and special occasions.

  • Engage with Guests: Greet, assist, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Empower Your Team: Schedule, delegate, and coach staff to maintain balanced workloads and high performance.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, analyze trends, and implement enhancements.

  • Manage Resources: Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability through smart practices.

  • Champion Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operations.

  • Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes:

  • 2+ years of food and beverage experience required; prior leadership or supervisory experience in a luxury hospitality operation is preferred.

  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage techniques, service standards, and sanitation regulations.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS systems and basic financial reporting.

  • Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Skilled in working efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
