Senior Director Revenue Enablement & Transformation

Join Epicor as a leader in Revenue Enablement and Transformation. The Senior Director is a strategic leader responsible for scaling global sales enablement initiatives, driving process innovation, and enhancing sales team effectiveness. This role oversees regional enablement teams, aligns enablement programs with business goals, and ensures measurable impact on sales performance.

What you will be doing:

1. Ownership of Strategic Revenue Initiatives (Behavioral Transformation Focus)

  • Fully own and deliver cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable changes in field behavior and revenue outcomes

  • Lead transformation efforts focused on how the organization executes, including:

  • Elevating deal inspection rigor and leadership-led coaching effectiveness

  • Driving consistent adoption of high-quality qualification, pipeline management, and forecast discipline

  • Improving customer engagement quality through stronger internal alignment and preparation

  • Strengthening accountability and performance management rigor across the revenue organization

  • Role and organizational change

  • Design and implement scalable participation programs that shift leader and rep behaviors at scale

  • Define and track success metrics (e.g., win rates, deal cycle times, forecast accuracy) and drive outcomes through programmatic adoption and leadership accountability

  • Diagnose execution gaps through data and field insight, and deploy targeted programs to improve performance

  • Hold senior leaders accountable for adoption, inspection, and sustained behavioral change

2. Revenue Excellence & Enablement (Behavior Change Through Programs)

  • Own and scale enablement as a system of programs that drive behavior change and execution excellence, not content or direct coaching

  • Design and implement participation-based programs that embed winning behaviors into operating rhythms, including:

  • Structured deal inspection and pipeline review participation

  • Forecast rigor and accountability programs

  • Leadership inspection and coaching consistency frameworks

  • Ensure programs are adopted and reinforced by frontline and second-line leadership, not centrally executed

  • Establish clear standards for what great execution looks like, and drive consistent participation across the field

  • Build mechanisms to track participation, adoption, and impact, linking programs directly to business outcomes

  • Identify execution gaps and deploy targeted, scalable interventions to improve productivity and effectiveness

  • Partner closely with RevOps to ensure data visibility supports program adoption and performance improvement

  • Foster a culture of accountability, inspection, and continuous improvement through structured programs

3. Leadership Development & Enablement
  • Design and lead leadership development programs that enable frontline and second-line leaders to:

  • Drive performance and accountability

  • Lead effective deal inspection and coaching cadences

  • Build and scale high-performing teams

  • Equip leaders with the frameworks, expectations, and operating models required to coach and inspect effectively

  • Partner with the CRO to raise the leadership bar across the revenue organization

  • Build a strong pipeline of next-generation revenue leaders through structured development programs

What you will likely bring:

  • Strong leadership and team management experience.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic alliances.

  • Experience with CRM and partner management platforms.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

What will set you apart:

  • 10+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge

  • 5+ years managing and developing employees.

  • 4+ years of specialized/industry experience

  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
