Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • As part of a team, perform and manage application design, testing, and trouble shooting to support the organization's manufacturing and ancillary systems
  • Be a functional expert on manufacturing system's functional capabilities and usage
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and future state strategy, needs and requirements
  • Recommend and drive best practices, processes, metrics, and models
  • Review system release notes and determine functionality that will benefit the business
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to reach answers to critical design topics
  • Evaluate business needs, research, and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes
  • Provide solutions to improve productivity, drive process efficiencies and overall continuous improvement
  • Administer / model and support applications based on Integer stakeholders requirements
  • Participate in system validations, produce documentation including user testing scripts
  • Advise management on business integration strategies
  • Prepare user documentation and conduct user training sessions
  • Act as a coach and mentor to other colleagues
  • Stay aware of emerging technology and propose options to leverage
  • Stay apprised of industry changes related to manufacturing technologies to influence product changes that continue to meet the needs of the business
  • Facilitate MES Knowledge Sharing across sites to ensure learnings are leveraged by all in organization
  • Participate in the development of the strategic product roadmap
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for functional issues with vendors, IT and manufacturing operations

Education & Experience:

  • Experience with MES standards and software required
  • Subject mater expert relative to manufacturing and MES processes
  • Experience collaborating to architect/design solutions in IT/OT convergence
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or relevant field
  • 7+ years deep functional expertise in manufacturing operations
  • 7+ years' experience leading design, execution, and support for technology solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of technology trends
  • Medical Device industry experience a plus
  • Oracle integration and / or Oracle ERP experience is a plus
  • Experience with machine integrations for OEE data collection
  • Experience defining and improving shop floor processes
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing that functional requirements meet the design and are executed in the system per design
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge of production scheduling, quality management, work order process flow, and BOM management required
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to build positive working relationships and establish a high level of trust and credibility throughout the organization
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships
  • Modeling - Able to represent information using a combination of graphical and textual elements; able to choose the correct type of model for a set of information, depending on the type of information to be communicated as well as the audience who will consume the information.
  • Requirements Analysis - Able to prioritize and facilitate stakeholder and solution requirements to meet the needs of the sponsoring organization and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industrial controls and standards
  • Change management skills and ability to operate effectively in fast paced environment
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams to drive and influence changes and improvements
  • Excellent understanding of drivers of manufacturing and industry business
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
  • Self-starter, self-managed, quick learner, open-minded, problem-solver with a positive, collaborative, and team-based attitude
  • Periodic travel required

Salary Range: $126,000 - $184,800

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
