What You'll Do

• Deliver crucial clinical services to patients, including comprehensive immunization programs and medication therapy management interventions, strictly adhering to all regulatory guidelines and organizational standards.
• Proactively engage with customers and patients, providing personalized assistance, expertly resolving inquiries, and ensuring a consistently positive and supportive experience.
• Champion best practices in customer service, inspiring team members to create distinctive and delightful interactions that forge lasting trust and loyalty.
• Cultivate robust patient relationships by anticipating individual needs and proactively offering a full spectrum of healthcare services, such as patient consultations, medication management, and thorough drug therapy reviews.
• Support the strategic evolution towards an interpersonal pharmacy model by concentrating on holistic wellness services, including vigorous immunization campaigns and impactful diabetes awareness programs.
• Uphold the highest benchmarks of operational excellence, including the meticulous application of dispensing policies in complete compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest pharmacy and healthcare advancements through industry publications and internal communications.
• Pursue and obtain necessary certifications, educational credits, and internal training to continually enhance your performance and expertise.

Must-Have Qualifications

• A current and valid Pharmacist's License in good standing in the state where services are rendered.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Certified Immunizer status.
