Our client is hiring a Desktop Technician to work a long term contract. This person will work onsite in Olney, MD and will travel to sites through DC and MD. Our client is looking for candidate with 2-5 years of It support experience. Required experience: oIncidents - Software break/fix oIMACs - Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. oRefresh oSupport peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers oPassword reset within Active Directory oExperience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office oExperience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus oExperience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED oExperience with LogMeIn oTicketing System is ServiceNow oTech walk-up bar at staffed locations Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Olney, MD.
