Job Summary The Publishing Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and improving the Service Information Portal (SIP) and related publishing systems, content workflows, and web-based support tools. This role combines publishing system administration, digital content maintenance, web application development, QA/testing, user support, analytics, automation, and continuous improvement to ensure service information is accurate, accessible, and operationally effective for internal teams, dealers, independent operators, and customers. This position serves as a key technical resource across SIP operations, supports day-to-day publishing and intake workflows, develops and maintains business-critical web applications, and drives improvements through testing, automation, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
