Weichert South Jersey Inc. is hiring a Market Cluster Marketing & Technology Specialist in Moorestown, NJ covering both the Haddonfield and the Moorestown offices. The Market Cluster Marketing & Technology Specialist is responsible for collaborating with productive Sales Associates (Tiers 1, 2 and 3.1 and 3.2) to develop effective marketing strategies while leveraging Weichert tools and technology to elevate their presence online and in their local market. This position strives to make the Sales Associate's marketing efforts less time-consuming and more impactful while collaborating with the Marketing Leadership team to create offerings and strategies that increase sales production in the form of higher listings and sales. This position reports to the Branch Vice President in the Market Cluster. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishes relationships with productive and lightly experienced Sales Associates to become a trusted advisor, partnering with them to develop strategic marketing plans and promote their personal brand across multi marketing channels while cultivating a sense of community and culture within the Company.
- Serves as an extension of corporate marketing, ensuring branding and messaging align with overall company strategies and initiatives.
Becomes an expert, advocate, and coach of company systems and resources, including myWeichert, Weichert Tools, myMarketingStudio and Weichert Design Center. - Supports and educates on CRM management best practices, CRM set up, and mitigating technical issues.
- Builds and differentiates Sales Associates' brand and local presence across all marketing channels, including print, email, and social media.
- Supports the enterprise cross-sell initiative by encouraging utilization of Weichert mortgage, title, insurance, and closing services, branded as All Under One Roof.
- Stays up to date on national and local real estate market trends and industry forecasts.
- Attends regularly scheduled sales meetings, team meetings and training seminars.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Education, Certification, and License Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Real estate license is a plus
- Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation required
Experience
- Two (2) or more years of multi-channel marketing experience
- Sales support or agency experience a plus
- Previous real estate experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills where relationship building comes naturally
- Well versed and knowledgeable in local media market opportunities including social and print
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Solid understanding of the intersection between marketing and technology and the ability to speak to the benefits
- Ability to work independently while also working collaboratively in a team environment
- Obtain a working knowledge of Weichert proprietary and related real estate systems, including myWeichert, myMarketingStudio, Weichert Design Center, Weichert Tools
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Proficiency with a CRM and/or email marketing platform
- Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a minimally supervised, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional, highly ethical manner
- Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
The estimated hourly rate for this position is up to $29/hour. The rate of pay is dependent upon several factors including the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
