Location: Raymond, OH | Pay: $61.58-$62.00/hr.

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer - Technical Lead to support the design, development, and delivery of advanced UX-focused software systems. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring, and project oversight across full-stack, cloud-connected applications.

The ideal candidate will contribute to architecture decisions, guide junior engineers, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and testing of UX-focused software applications
• Develop cloud-based and internet-connected systems using full-stack methodologies
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior engineers
• Support architecture planning, system integration, and module design decisions
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed in all development efforts
• Troubleshoot complex software and system integration issues
• Participate in Agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions
• Contribute to technical documentation, planning, and project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python (preferred), Java, and C++
• Full-stack development experience (front-end + back-end integration)
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership responsibilities

• Experience mentoring software engineers in a production environment
• Strong GUI development experience with modern frameworks
• Background in system integration and debugging complex applications
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
