Summary:

In this role, you will support the Supply Analytics and aptitude delivery and work with consultants, Aptitude, Supply Analytics, Spend Management Delivery, and hospital clients to provide consulting services. You will manage individual work efforts and projects to deliver insightful data analysis which may include strategic recommendations, effective project management, performance improvements, contracting, and/or technical consulting expertise.

Job Description:

* Use expertise to deliver hospital cost savings using Supply Analytics and aptitude. This includes using data and analytics to find savings, facilitate RFPs, and execute contracts.

* Perform data analytics to identify and develop client pipelines and execute workplans that meet project schedule, budget and expected value.

* Ensure successful and sustainable implementation of technologies and associated resources at hospital client sites. Facilitates hospital client meetings and discussions; presents recommendations to senior leadership. Establishes strong customer relationships through ongoing connection and business reviews with key stakeholders.

* Provides advanced interpretation of results, organizing data to drive change; acts as a resource for less experienced consultants on data interpretation and storytelling.

* Demonstrates a strong understanding of Supply Analytics and aptitude functionality in supporting assigned accounts through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Communicates the benefits of contracting via the online aptitude platform.

* Provides ongoing training and technology support to hospital clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborates with other delivery streams to maximize hospital/Vizient value including but not limited to consulting, spend management delivery, spend technology sales, managed service delivery.

* Conducts ongoing contract maintenance activities, including product, price, and hospital customers updates.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferred. Master's is a plus.

* 5 or more years of relevant experience in clinical and/or health care setting required.

* Understanding of project management methodologies preferred.

* Demonstrate business and financial insight, with the ability to quantify challenges and suggest alternative solutions preferred.

* Ability to present complex information in a summary fashion utilizing Microsoft office suite.

* Willingness to travel.
