The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA's Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Come where you will be part of our high-caliber team! SPA has an immediate opening for an Action Officer supporting GED. Responsibilities The successful candidate will work as part of team supporting GED/COS and the business functions related to the directorate's mission and senior leadership responsibilities. Will work with key stakeholders to understand and track project status, actions, milestones, schedules, and drive policy actions and recommendations. Will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for mission support assignment to include the cradle to grave tracking of TIERs (Tracking Information and Enterprise Response) and overseeing the accomplishment of tasks supporting the agency's mission. Utilize tools for tracking actions, preparing briefings, performing technical reviews, and ensuring the front office is properly informed and prepared for participation in senior level meetings. Will drraft and edit executive correspondence and develop overview briefings, year-in-reviews, weekly activity reports, and off-site agendas. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
