Learning & Development Manager (Direct Hire \| Hybrid) We're partnering with an organization to hire a Learning & Development Manager who will lead both the strategy and execution of leadership development programs across North America and LATAM. This role will manage 3 direct reports (including 2 manufacturing trainers) and focus heavily on building soft skills and leadership capabilities for current and emerging leaders. Location (Hybrid - 3 days onsite): Any location will work Oshkosh, WI (preferred), Miramar, FL, Evansville, IN, or Deerfield, IL Key Focus Areas * Build and execute enterprise-wide L&D strategy and roadmap * Lead leadership development programs (design, facilitation, and vendor management) * Partner with HR and business leaders in a matrixed environment * Support both manufacturing and corporate teams * Own learning systems, tools, and program effectiveness metrics What They're Looking For * Experience building L&D strategy within a large, matrixed organization * Strong knowledge in leadership training (facilitation + procurement) * Ability to influence stakeholders and operate in ambiguity * Experience supporting manufacturing environments * Bachelor's degree required * SAP, Salesforce, or bilingual Spanish is a plus Why This Role * High visibility, enterprise-level impact across multiple regions * Strong leadership opportunity with direct reports * Clear path to shape leadership development and organizational growth Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
