You'll be instrumental in ensuring data accuracy and availability, directly impacting project launches and operational efficiency. **What You'll Do:**

* Collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to define data requirements and implement best practices for data manipulation, storage, and analysis.

* Design, develop, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

* Coordinate changes to databases, write and code logical and physical database descriptions, and specify identifiers for database management systems.

* Modify existing databases and database management systems, or guide others in making necessary changes.

* Test programs and databases, correct errors, and implement modifications to ensure data integrity and performance.

* Contribute to building and maintaining critical data structures, ensuring accuracy for supply chain operations.

* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to provide operational insights.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.

* 0-2 years of applicable experience in data analysis or a related field.

* Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically for developing and maintaining dashboards.

* Proficiency in structured query language (SQL) for data querying and manipulation.

* Advanced skills in spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting.

* Demonstrated ability to work with complex, inconsistent datasets and improve data accuracy.

* Experience with database technologies and knowledge of the ETL process.

* Familiarity with at least one scripting language.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

* A proven history of success in previous roles.

* A genuine desire to work with data and help businesses make informed, data-driven decisions.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience supporting data analysis and reporting within an operations environment.

* Strong stakeholder communication skills.
