Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving impactful programs? We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our client's dynamic team and spearhead critical initiatives that transcend organizational boundaries. In this pivotal role, you won't just manage projects; you'll shape strategic direction, foster collaboration, and deliver transformative improvements that directly influence business outcomes and user experiences. You will be instrumental in navigating complex, cross-functional challenges, ensuring strategic alignment, and delivering tangible results that drive the organization forward.

**What you'll do:**

* Independently define, drive, and own comprehensive program charters, addressing scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing, risks, and dependencies for moderately complex programs across multiple teams.

* Translate ambiguous program goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones, determining the most effective level of program management required for each initiative.

* Develop detailed project plans that break down initiatives into discrete phases, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential constraints.

* Independently establish program phasing and metrics to ensure continuous improvement and optimal resource stewardship.

* Design and deliver optimized communication strategies, including executive and key partner communications, effectively representing the program across all touchpoints.

* Anticipate and proactively manage change management requirements, developing rollout plans, monitoring progress, and resolving misalignments to ensure smooth transitions.

* Cultivate trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making, resolving prioritization conflicts, and proactively managing escalations.

* Independently determine and collect essential data for program governance, maintaining project trackers and status reports to inform stakeholder decisions.

* Execute program tasks, proactively manage dependencies, and integrate values of excellence, inclusion, trust, and reputation into all aspects of program delivery.

* Develop automated processes to enhance program velocity and monitoring, and define robust program governance structures, including mitigation strategies, postmortems, and escalation reporting.

* Drive effective and productive program stakeholder meetings.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in Portfolio Management

* Demonstrated expertise in Team Management

* Strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies

* Experience in Managing Organizational Change

* Exceptional Communications Management skills

* Advanced Planning capabilities
