As a Service desk intern, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate is a diligent, hardworking individual who is able to work in a team environment to assist IPG Service Desk staff in their day to day activities. DUTIES: Perform troubleshooting activities to determine cause and resolution of computer hardware and software Assess and take ownership of technical support tickets in the helpdesk ticketing Collect information around problem, and escalate to higher support tier when needed. Requirements * Knowledge of Windows Operating system and MS Office * Strong trouble shooting skills * Strong communication skills * Manufacturing environment experience a plus Location(s) 50 Old Webster Road, Oxford , Massachusetts 01540 , United States Employment Type Non-Exempt Wage Information MA: $23.75 - $30.78 US Benefits Information Pay Range: The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified.
