National Grid is hiring a Lead Integrated Energy Planning (IEP) Analyst in our New England Electric Engineering & Network Strategy department, located in Waltham, MA. This is a hybrid role with approximately 2 days per week in the office. IEP is a coordinated approach to energy system planning that co-optimizes gas and electric network investments with customer electrification adoption throughout Massachusetts. The Lead IEP Analyst is a unique role that provides an opportunity for an experienced or driven early career energy professional to tackle novel challenges and help shape the future of energy networks in support of the Commonwealth's pursuit of its climate mandates, while ensuring affordable, reliable energy delivery. The Lead IEP Analyst brings a broad analytical and project management skillset to the National Grid IEP team. This role will join a cross-functional team working across Massachusetts electric and gas distribution companies to define new tools and processes for energy network analysis and planning. The role will report to the Director of Integrated Energy Planning. Key Accountabilities

* Minimum: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field (energy, policy, economics, engineering) preferred; could be met with other commensurate experience, training, or certifications More Information Salary - $136,000 - $160,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
