IT Project Manager - Pharmacy & Regulated Technology Lincolnshire | Hybrid (Onsite) Permanent/ Fixed Term Employment Contract UST is seeking an accomplished IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives within the Pharmacy domain. This role is ideal for an experienced delivery professional who brings strong governance discipline, regulatory awareness, and confidence operating in highly regulated environments such as Pharmacy and Healthcare. You will be responsible for endtoend project ownership, ensuring that technology solutions are delivered with precision, compliance, and measurable business value. Operating at the intersection of business, technology, and regulation, you will engage senior stakeholders and delivery partners to drive successful outcomes across missioncritical programmes. The Role As an IT Project Manager, you will:
- Lead endtoend delivery of Pharmacyfocused IT initiatives, from initiation through to implementation and closure.
- Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resourcing, ensuring disciplined execution and predictable delivery.
- Partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and thirdparty vendors to align delivery with operational and strategic priorities.
- Ensure strict adherence to governance frameworks, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, providing clear and accurate visibility to senior leadership.
- Manage stakeholder communications with confidence, delivering concise status updates, risk assessments, and decision recommendations.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to protect delivery outcomes.
- Ensure all projects remain aligned to defined business objectives and deliver sustainable value.
- Support change management and user adoption activities where required, ensuring smooth transitions into businessasusual operations.
About You You are a structured, confident delivery leader with a strong track record in regulated technology environments. Experience & Capabilities
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- Domain exposure to Pharmacy, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries such as Finance.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, including engagement with senior and executivelevel audiences.
- Excellent problemsolving, decisionmaking, and riskmanagement capability.
- Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery teams within structured governance models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering projects involving Pharmacy systems, healthcare platforms, or clinical applications.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or comparable compliance frameworks.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
