Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LGMFT, LCMFT)

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed therapists to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This is a great opportunity for clinicians looking to build or expand their private practice caseload within a supportive and flexible clinical environment. Clinicians in this role will provide outpatient mental health therapy services to a diverse client population. Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions, completing clinical documentation, developing treatment plans, and maintaining an appropriate and ethical standard of care.

• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy based on licensure and scope of practice
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver ongoing psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically indicated
• Ensure adherence to all ethical, legal, and professional standards of care
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance at all times
• Collaborate with other providers, referral sources, and care teams when appropriate
• Manage caseload, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and clinical time management
• Participate in consultation or supervision as required by licensure level
