Our Performance Center in Carson, CA is the Engineered
Products Group site for our Human Machine Interface, Motion Control Device, and
Radio Frequency (RF) product lines.

Job Summary

  • Prepare
    and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, turning,
    grinding, milling, etc.
  • Reading
    blueprints, engineering drawings, and other specifications.
  • Prep
    parts and load raw materials onto machinery.
  • Perform
    test run to ensure machines produce outputs according to
    specifications.
  • Monitor
    the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary
    adjustments to produce a better result.
  • Inspect finished
    product using precision measuring tools such as micrometer, calipers, and
    gages.
  • Communicate
    with Quality and Engineering department regarding non-conforming parts.

  • Inspect
    and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
  • Document
    the quality and quantity of the produced parts.
  • Operation of Haas machinery, with 3+2 axis control

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven
    experience as a CNC operator and experience with precision measuring tools
    is required
  • Ability
    to read and interpret blueprints mechanical/engineering documents and
    drawings.
  • Strong mechanical
    aptitude and math skills
  • Must be able to setup and operate using Haas controller with tool
    and material probe

Required Experience and Education

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 1-3
    years of CNC operation experience and/or hands on training
