Schedule: 40 Hours/Week 9/80 1 st Shift

  • Conduct precision mechanical and visual inspections using a variety of metrology and inspection equipment to ensure product quality and compliance.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform detailed mechanical inspections from dimensioned drawings using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, optical comparators, microscopes, and other inspection tools.
  • Complete visual inspections of electronic assemblies and generate accurate inspection and discrepancy reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, planning, and supplier quality teams to maintain quality standards and support supplier performance.
  • Conduct source inspections at local supplier locations and assist with supplier audits when needed.
  • Maintain inspection records and identify opportunities for improved metrology tools and Dock to Stock (DTS) candidates.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ years of experience in interpreting drawings/blueprints
  • 6+ years of experience in Inspection tooling: Gauges, calipers, micrometers.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience in maintaining records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures
  • IPC-A-610 Certification
  • Hexagon CMM certification (PC-DMIS software)
  • Keyence Vision system programming experience
  • Optical lens inspection experience
  • Be able to work in a team environment with Engineers and Technicians.
  • Able to also work independently at times
  • Self-motivated/must take initiative
