Perform first article inspections, document findings, and communicate discrepancies to quality and engineering teams. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform detailed mechanical inspections from dimensioned drawings using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, optical comparators, microscopes, and other inspection tools. Complete visual inspections of electronic assemblies and generate accurate inspection and discrepancy reports. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, planning, and supplier quality teams to maintain quality standards and support supplier performance. Conduct source inspections at local supplier locations and assist with supplier audits when needed. Maintain inspection records and identify opportunities for improved metrology tools and Dock to Stock (DTS) candidates. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 6+ years of experience in interpreting drawings/blueprints 6+ years of experience in Inspection tooling: Gauges, calipers, micrometers. What Sets You Apart: Experience in maintaining records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures IPC-A-610 Certification Hexagon CMM certification (PC-DMIS software) Keyence Vision system programming experience Optical lens inspection experience Be able to work in a team environment with Engineers and Technicians. Able to also work independently at times Self-motivated/must take initiative Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
