Your Team, Your Impact As Director of Intelligent Management & Control Platforms, you will define and execute the long-term business and product strategy for one of Marvell's most strategically important infrastructure technologies.You will shape how hyperscale AI and cloud platforms manage security, telemetry, lifecycle orchestration, resiliency, and out-of-band infrastructure intelligence across next-generation server, storage, and networking environments. In this role, you will: Define the Future of Platform Management *Lead the IMCP roadmap strategy spanning server management, BMC integration, platform telemetry, security, lifecycle management, and connectivity capabilities *Drive alignment with emerging industry standards including: oRedfish / Swordfish oIPMI oPLDM oMCTP oOpenBMC oOBMF oOCP initiatives oCXL management extensions oSecure Root of Trust architectures Drive Hyperscale and Cloud Growth *Build deep strategic relationships with hyperscale cloud operators, OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners *Secure high-value platform design wins across current-generation and next-generation infrastructure programs *Influence customer architecture decisions at the platform level Translate Market Signals Into Product Leadership *Lead market analysis, competitive benchmarking, TAM/SAM/SOM modeling, pricing strategy, and product positioning *Identify emerging infrastructure trends across AI clusters, cloud-native architectures, disaggregated systems, and composable infrastructure Connect Business Strategy to Engineering Execution *Serve as the bridge between customers, business leadership, and engineering teams *Translate customer pain points and operational challenges into differentiated silicon and software capabilities *Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, sales, product marketing, and executive leadership Own Strategic Business Outcomes *Lead opportunity funnel management and revenue forecasting for the IMCP product portfolio *Contribute to pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and long-range business planning *Coordinate strategic account activities across Marvell's broader infrastructure portfolio Work on Technology That Defines the Industry You will help shape the infrastructure management layer behind some of the largest AI and cloud deployments in the world. What You Can Expect The candidate will lead a business team to define and execute the product and business strategy for Marvell's Integrated Management Control Processor platform. This role is central to driving growth across hyperscale and cloud service providers as well as OEM server, storage, and networking customers who require robust, standards-compliant out-of-band management silicon. We are seeking a seasoned platform management expert who understands the full ecosystem - from IPMI and Redfish standards, telemetry and lifecycle management to platform firmware and security requirements - and can translate customer challenges into compelling, differentiated software and silicon solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing the IMCP roadmap, winning new platform designs, and serving as the primary business owner for strategic accounts.
What We're Looking For
Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 187,520 - 280,900, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
