The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $73,000.00 - 109,000.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will do in This Role: * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production employees to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets. * Champion product quality and consistency throughout the build process. Contribute to the product quality metrics and acceptance criteria. * Develop and maintain all assembly assets What We're Looking for: * Bachelor's degree preferred, or high school diploma with relevant manufacturing experience. * Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan * Knowledge of production processes, safety practices, and quality standards. * Strong communications skills with the ability to effectively liaison between the multiple cross functional teams #LI-JR1 #in-post | |
