The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $73,000.00 - 109,000.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will do in This Role: * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production employees to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets. * Monitor production output, workflow, and equipment performance to ensure efficiency and compliance with specifications. * Champion product quality and consistency throughout the build process. Contribute to the product quality metrics and acceptance criteria. * Assign work, set priorities, and adjust schedules as needed to meet operational goals. * Ensure all production activities are performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Train and onboard new employees on operational procedures, safety practices, and quality standards. * Maintain production records and prepare reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities. * Develop and maintain all assembly assets * Support process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. * Coordinate equipment maintenance and report operational issues to minimize downtime. * Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments. What We're Looking for: * Bachelor's degree preferred, or high school diploma with relevant manufacturing experience. * 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills. * Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan * Knowledge of production processes, safety practices, and quality standards. * Ability to manage priorities, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement * Strong communications skills with the ability to effectively liaison between the multiple cross functional teams #LI-JR1 #in-post
