This 12-month program is the ultimate launchpad for a recent graduate aspiring to a career in HR. You will be fully immersed in the complete candidate lifecycle, where you will blend the art of talent acquisition with the focus of a candidate experience champion, ensuring every individual has a seamless and positive journey. Guided by our BEST Talent team, you'll gain direct exposure to all levels of leaders and develop practical skills with industry-leading HR systems. What You Will Do

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Support the early-stage recruitment process for high-volume roles by identifying, screening, and engaging potential candidates.
  • Manage and enrich candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (Avature), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare longlists for Talent Acquisition partners and monitor internal applications to help identify top internal talent.

Candidate Care & Preboarding Coordination

  • Champion a positive candidate journey by guiding future hires through pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug screenings.
  • Draft and manage the distribution of electronic offer letters, including benefits details, relocation information, and necessary agreements.
  • Act as a key liaison between candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure all onboarding documentation is completed in a timely manner.

HR Systems & Process Support

  • Maintain meticulous candidate records in Avature and support job requisition approvals, postings, and updates within the system.
  • Assist with tracking candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure an efficient and engaging process.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree received within the last 12 months in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - OR Master's degree received within the last 12 months with no more than a 6-month gap in education history.
  • 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Prior internship or office experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Avature, SuccessFactors, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Experience in a role requiring high levels of coordination and follow-up.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
