Job Summary:

AsBioprocessingand Purification Technologies (BPT)Global Planning and LogisticsSeniorDirector, you will spearhead end to end global supply chain planning andlogisticsstrategy, ensuring seamlesssynchronizationbetween production,inventoryand internationaldistribution

What You Will Do:

Global Strategic Planning (S&OP/IBP)

  • Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning which is highlyglobaldriven
  • Optimizeglobal inventory levels to balance working capital targets with high customer service level requirements.
  • Develop long-term demand and supply models that account for market volatility and chemical industry-specific lead times.

Logistics& Distribution Excellence

  • Oversee a complex globallogisticsnetwork, including ocean freight, bulk liquid transport, rail, and specialized chemical warehousing.
  • Manage relationships with 3PL/4PL providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure compliance with international trade regulations (Incoterms, REACH, etc.).
  • Drive cost-optimization initiatives within the transportation network without compromising safety or delivery timelines.

Digital Transformation & Analytics

  • Champion the adoption of advanced supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP enhancements, TMS, and AI-driven forecasting tools).
  • Establish andmonitorGlobal KPIs such as Perfect Order Fulfillment, Freight as a % of Sales, and Inventory Turnover.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Mitigate global supply chain disruptions through robust contingency planning and real-time risk assessment.
  • Ensure alllogisticsactivities adhere to strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and hazardous material regulations (IMDG, ADR, IATA)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+years of Logisticsand Planning experience
  • Strong people leadership experience
  • Background in chemistry or chemical supply chain

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in resin or specialty chemical supply chains strongly preferred
  • SAP Experience
  • Expertisein Logistics automation solutions a benefit
  • TPM and/or Six Sigma black belt experience

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $186,600.00 - $280,000.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
