Your Skills 2-5 years of maintenance, mechanical, or building trades experience Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or facility maintenance Valid driver's license with good driving record required Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and work order systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls Strong customer service and problem-solving skills On the Job Every Day Perform preventive maintenance and repair work at commercial facilities Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC-related issues Complete work orders, inspections, and service reports using mobile technology Repair drywall, paint surfaces, replace fixtures, and maintain building appearance Support emergency maintenance calls and after-hours service requests Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams Follow OSHA regulations and all workplace safety procedures Travel daily between local customer sites using company vehicle Your Payoff Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
