Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician (Medium & High Voltage)

What you'll do

Step into a high-impact role keeping critical industrial power systems running safely and reliably. You'll maintain and troubleshoot complex electrical infrastructure across multiple facilities-including substations, switchgear, breakers, MCCs, transformers (up to 138kV), and large motors (up to 40,000 HP / 15kV).

You'll own the full maintenance lifecycle: preventive, predictive, and corrective work-using advanced diagnostics like infrared thermography, oil analysis, partial discharge testing, and power quality studies. You'll plan, execute, and lead maintenance activities that directly drive uptime and system reliability.

This is a hands-on, field-heavy role where you'll work independently, make technical decisions on the ground, and support operations across varying environments with occasional off-hours and ~20% travel.

  • Willingness to travel and support off-hour needs when required
