Position Summary Acuren is currently recruiting for Heat Treat II Technicians to support our operation in Tulsa, OK. The Heat Treat Technician II performs heat treatment operations with limited supervision, setting up and operating furnaces, ovens, and quenching systems according to process specifications. This role interprets work orders, verifies temperature and time parameters, and ensures that treated materials meet metallurgical and dimensional requirements. The Heat Treat Technician II conducts hardness and microstructure checks, troubleshoots process deviations, and maintains accurate process documentation. This intermediate-level position requires strong technical understanding of heat treatment methods, equipment operation, and safety protocols, with the ability to train and support junior technicians. LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking local candidates based in Tulsa, OK or surrounding area (within approximately a 40-mile radius. While we welcome applications from all qualified individuals, local candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role. Call-out work requires employees to depart from the Tulsa shop and travel to job sites on short notice. Responsibilities
