We are currently seeking a Remediation Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a leadership role, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a company that values quality and professionalism. In this role, you will lead remediation crews on job sites while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations. The position involves both supervising crews and assisting hands-on in the field. Work may include asbestos, mold, lead, demolition, and environmental remediation projects.

If candidate is not certified to work with asbestos and mold we will pay for you take the class to become certified. We are looking for a dependable hard worker. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, as this position includes operating a company vehicle. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30/8:00am-4:00/5:00pm, with occasional overtime or weekend work based on project needs.

Compensation is based on experience and skill level and includes a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise remediation crews on active job sites
  • Assist with remediation, demolition, and hazardous material removal as needed
  • Ensure projects involving asbestos, mold, lead, and other environmental hazards are completed safely and properly
  • Enforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, and containment protocols at all times
  • Coordinate daily job activities to keep projects on schedule and within company standards
  • Operate company vehicles and transport equipment/materials when necessary
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, including daily reports, timesheets, and safety records
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, clients, and crew members
  • Train and mentor employees on proper remediation procedures and job site safety
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in remediation, abatement, restoration, demolition, construction, or environmental services
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work in various indoor and outdoor environments
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • If you are bilingual in Spanish added plus
