This is a position with WM Technologies, LLC and affiliate of SPX Enterprises, LLC, which manufactures and sells Weil-McLain branded products. Weil-McLain is a leading North American brand of hydronic comfort heating systems for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings since 1881. Position Summary The Director of Human Resources will serve as a key strategic partner to business leadership while also maintaining a strong operational presence across the organization. This role supports a ~$400M business unit with approximately 700 employees across four manufacturing facilities, with headquarters based in Burr Ridge, IL, reporting directly to the General Manager of the Business Unit with matrix to VP, Human Resources. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. This role requires experience in a unionized environment, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead HR initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
