Utz Quality Foods we're continuing to grow our loyal, career-driven, and customer-focused team! We are currently seeking a Finished Goods Handler (Lineman) to join our Broadway facility in Hanover, PA. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping production moving efficiently by supporting packaging operations, inventory movement, and trailer coordination. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, staying active throughout your shift, and being part of a team that keeps products moving from production to warehouse, this could be a great fit for you. Shift: Week Night Shift: Sunday- Wednesday 5:25 PM - 5:25 AM Responsibilities: Move finished product throughout the facility and warehouse areas Pull orders and assist with loading trailers for shipment Coordinate trailer movement with local and surrounding facilities Pack products into cartons, cans, and specialized containers Deliver materials and supplies to production lines as needed Place cardboard skids at packing stations and work areas Transport packed product to warehouse locations using hand jacks Scan finished products into inventory using scanning equipment Record waste and production information at the end of each shift Set up and operate barrel labeling equipment Support production operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned Follow all safety standards and immediately report safety concerns Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the shift Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 80 lbs regularly Willingness to learn equipment, inventory systems, and production processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Flexibility to support operational needs and changing priorities Previous manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, or production experience is a plus, but not required Our Recruitment Process Easy Application (5 mins): Introduce yourself and answer a few key questions to get started.
