Overview

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

This role serves as a day-to-day program manager and strategy support partner for priority strategic initiatives across Treasury Management and Liquidity Solutions with application across the broader Commercial Bank. The position translates strategy into execution by owning operating plans, managing cross-functional dependencies, coordinating stakeholders, and producing leadership-facing communications and reporting.

The analyst partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Sales Analytics, Marketing, and other key functions to help launch, scale, and measure strategic initiatives. Success in this role requires strong execution discipline, structured problem solving, and the ability to synthesize data and narrative into clear insights that drive action.


Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Program Execution

* Drive execution for one or more strategic initiatives by owning roadmaps, timelines, workflows, and cross-functional dependencies across go-to-market, reporting, and technology enablement efforts
* Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements for sales and product initiatives, collateral, reporting, and tools
* Partner with Sales and Product leaders to define objectives, success metrics, and measurement approaches for strategic programs, pilots, and enablement efforts
* Support the evolution of frameworks, playbooks, and decisioning logic that guide sales behaviors and business prioritization

Project & Stakeholder Management

* Own and maintain integrated project plans across Sales, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and other partners
* Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues while proactively driving resolution and delivery readiness
* Run governance rhythms including meeting cadences, agendas, pre-reads, follow-ups, and action tracking
* Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability across teams

Reporting, Analytics & Communications

* Partner with Analytics teams to define key performance indicators and build repeatable reporting for initiative progress, adoption, and business impact
* Maintain ongoing visibility into execution status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
* Produce management-ready materials, including executive summaries, dashboards, and readouts, to support leadership decision-making
* Synthesize data and qualitative insights into clear, compelling narratives for a variety of senior stakeholders


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Planning in a Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Project Planning in a Financial Services industry

The base pay for this position is generally between $122,400.00 and $150,000.00 Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
