GALLO is looking for anSr. Site EHS Specialistto help build and sustain a workplace where every team member goes home safe. In this role, you'll be a hands-on champion for environmental, health, and safety excellence across our operations. You'll conduct facility audits and compliance assessments, develop and implement site-specific EHS programs, and maintain the tracking systems and performance scorecards that keep our leadership informed and our operations on track. From managing OSHA 300 logs and hazardous material inventories to supporting third-party certifications like ISO, VPP, and PSM, your work will touch every corner of the site. You'll also play a meaningful role in prevention and continuous improvement - participating in root cause analyses, monitoring corrective actions, and contributing to Management of Change reviews and Pre-Start Safety Reviews. You'll develop and deliver training programs that educate and empower team members at all levels, and you'll collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to drive consistent, compliant outcomes. When contractors are on site, you'll be there too - inspecting activities and ensuring standards are met. We're looking for someone who brings strong technical EHS knowledge, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments with confidence.
