Under direct supervision, the Medical Office Associate provides patient-facing administrative support and non-clinical clerical services within an outpatient clinic setting. This role applies knowledge of institutional policies and procedures related to patient registration, insurance verification, billing, account maintenance, and collections. The position serves as a key liaison between patients, providers, and clinical support services to support efficient clinic operations and a high-quality patient experience.
