Tasks of Position The following are core and essential responsibilities of this position. Associates are responsible for completing any and all duties assigned as required for the successful operation of our business. Bachelors Degree and/or a minimum of four years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
Reads, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Writes reports and business correspondence. Presents information and respond to questions pleasantly and effectively to other associates, vendors, guests, and the general public at all times.
Calculates measurements, figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volume. Performs mathematical skills using units of American money and weight measurement, volume.
Solves practical problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
This position requires flexibility. The individual performing this job must be able to stay focused with a number of interruptions. Also, this position requires excellent attention to detail and goal-orientation. The individual performing this work must have an overall comprehension of the cause and effect relationship in the areas of pricing and merchandising products for the company in varying marketplaces. Ability to travel to all stores on an as needed basis is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including email required. Knowledge of RIMS helpful, but not required.

As such, associates are expected to be mindful of practicing Yoke's safety standards at all times. This may include using personal protective equipment when and where required, understanding ergonomic safety, chemical hazards, safe lifting techniques, lockout/tag out procedures, and emergency protocol. All associates are required to report accidents within 24 hours. No associate may pose a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others by willfully engaging in unsafe behaviors.
