Description Job Title: Identity Access Analyst Location: Buffalo, NY Employment Type: Temp (8 months) Industry: Banking Compensation: $25.00 / hr. Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. About the Opportunity: Responsible for provisioning system access requests, completing required research or analysis, and determining appropriate resolution(s). Provision more difficult approved my Access system requests, while adhering to department confidentiality as it applies to user provisioning and related projects. Assist in application re-certifications. Ensure completion of system access requests within needed service level agreements, following procedures and processes to completion so that requested system access is accurately provisioned. Work with Role Engineering or other systems to complete research and troubleshoot issues. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Troubleshoot user access-related issues to ensure end users can access needed applications to complete their job functions. Analyze identity and access management issues or problems and make necessary recommendations to management for resolution. Assist and guide less experienced personnel. Adhere to all SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) key controls. Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client brand. Maintain client internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points, together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1+ year of identity and access management experience. Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Active Directory, Cyberark, Entra. What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree. Certification in business, Information Technology, and security. Wide knowledge of software and its uses, interactions with various hardware systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiar with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) key controls.
