Job Title: Identity Access Analyst
Location: Buffalo, NY
Employment Type: Temp (8 months)
Industry: Banking
Compensation: $25.00 / hr.
Schedule: 40 hrs/Week.
About the Opportunity:
  • Responsible for provisioning system access requests, completing required research or analysis, and determining appropriate resolution(s).
  • Provision more difficult approved my Access system requests, while adhering to department confidentiality as it applies to user provisioning and related projects.
  • Assist in application re-certifications.
  • Ensure completion of system access requests within needed service level agreements, following procedures and processes to completion so that requested system access is accurately provisioned.
  • Work with Role Engineering or other systems to complete research and troubleshoot issues.

What You'll Do:
  • Troubleshoot user access-related issues to ensure end users can access needed applications to complete their job functions.
  • Analyze identity and access management issues or problems and make necessary recommendations to management for resolution.
  • Assist and guide less experienced personnel.
  • Adhere to all SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) key controls.
  • Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite.
  • Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client brand.
  • Maintain client internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points, together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1+ year of identity and access management experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Active Directory, Cyberark, Entra.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Certification in business, Information Technology, and security.
  • Wide knowledge of software and its uses, interactions with various hardware systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) key controls.
