Join the Enterprise division within Macquarie Asset Management as an Associate in the Fund Management team, supporting our Real Assets division. Our Fund Management team are the key business partners covering the middle office function for our real assets products, including finance, treasury, operations, investor relations and valuations. As an associate, Americas Investor Relations, you will be a key member of the New York Fund Management team supporting infrastructure products for our Real Assets platform.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

You will support Americas Investor Relations within Enterprise, Macquarie Asset Management by owning day-to-day investor engagement and ensuring best-in-class client service across our Americas funds, acting as a key point of coordination for investor queries and onboarding activities. You will coordinate management of fund mailboxes and query workflows end-to-end-triaging inbound requests, driving timely and accurate responses, and ensuring communications are clear, consistent and aligned with agreed messaging across the platform. This will include working closely with the broader Fund Management team and the Client Solutions Group to coordinate investor requests, track actions to completion, prepare and review due diligence materials and investor reporting templates, and manage client escalation as required to resolve complex issues.
The role also focuses on enhancing the investor engagement operating model, working closely with the Investor Query Management team in India and the fund administrator to drive process improvements and deliver high-quality client service across the Americas region. You will also support investor onboarding by coordinating logistics, managing documentation requests, and maintaining oversight of key milestones and stakeholder responsibilities to deliver a smooth investor experience.
Salary range for this position: $100,000 - $140,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.   • Bachelor's degree required, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
  • Ideally 3-5 years of related working experience required, preferably in alternative financial services or private equity in an Investor Relations or Client Services role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to autonomously manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Ambitious with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and effectively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure client requirements are consistently met
