Description
The candidate must possess strong coaching, training and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have the ability to assimilate significant amounts of information into usable resources to assist contact center agents in meeting department objectives. The candidate must also have the ability to evaluate individual performance and performance metrics for the purpose of improving overall agent and contact center performance. Hours per shift (40 to 45)/ Shift hours can vary during training

Experience
2 years: 2+ years' demonstrated experience in training staff
