EHS Team The EHS team is responsible for collaborating with Construction, Operations, Contractors, Vendors, and various regulatory agencies to ensure the health, safety, and environmental risks of the company are protected and that everyone enjoys a safe and healthful workplace. Position Overview This position will be based onsite 5 days/week in our San Antonio or Phoenix office locations with up to 50% travel. Vantage Data Centers is looking for a Senior Manager, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving strategic improvements in the health and safety of our data centers, advancing a proactive safety culture, and ensuring the protection of our employees and contractors. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with experts in security, construction, operations, logistics, compliance, corporate counsel, and human resources to enhance Vantage's health and safety programs. You will mentor and guide EHS Managers and partner with stakeholders to achieve ambitious health and safety goals. As Vantage expands its global footprint, you will oversee risk mitigation strategies in partnership with construction and operations leadership. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation and infrastructure growth demand agile and forward-thinking safety leadership. This role is critical to maintaining Vantage's industry leadership in operational excellence, with a strong focus on strategic execution and reporting across all EHS domains.
