Position Summary Odyssey Systems is seeking candidates for a Sustainment Logistics Manager-Journeyman supporting Mission Delta 4 (MD4)/4th Sustainment Squadron (4STS) in the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS) System Program Office. This role will be instrumental in supporting Missile Warning and Space Domain Awareness (SDA) readiness, maintenance, and sustainability. This is a full-time position on Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. Expect 60%-80% telecommute/20%-40% in-person at Peterson SFB telework as required by the workload within the Colorado Springs area unless otherwise designated by the government customer. Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities:
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative government and contractor logistics project team
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Secret with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Education: AAS, BS or MS Years of Experience: AAS and 8 years of functional experience in project sustainment logistics with at least 5 years of experience in the Defense Industry OR BA/BS and 5 years of functional experience in project sustainment logistics, 3 of which must be in the Defense Industry Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Education: AAS, BS or MS Years of Experience: 10+ of relevant experience in direct support of a USAF/USSF System Program Office Additional Experience: Systems knowledge of and experience working with Ground Based Radar Systems such as PARCS, UEWR and COBRA DANE Additional Experience: Experience performing logistics sustainment support for the prior SSC/SZQ or current MD4/4STS is desired Additional Experience: Prior military service to include proven leadership and management of personnel and programs Additional Information Location: Bldg 2025, Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs, CO Travel: As required by project schedule to Cavalier Space Force Station, North Dakota, and contractor facilities Remote, On-site, or Hybrid: This position has telework capabilities (estimated 60-80% telecommute/20%-40% in-person at Peterson SFB - (subject to change per customer's discretion) Company Overview Odyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
