Position Overview The Business Operations Project Manager leads project management efforts across IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities, and Security, serving as the primary coordinator for milestones, resources, and crossfunctional collaboration. This role applies industry-standard methodologies such as PMBOK, Lean/Six Sigma, and Agile to guide stakeholders, manage risks, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives. The position oversees project artifacts, schedules, and critical path analyses; facilitates key meetings including kickoffs, status updates, and quarterly reviews; and produces clear, executive-ready briefing materials. Success requires strong communication, independent leadership, and proficiency with tools like Jira, MS Project, and SharePoint.

Global Comp $140,000- $160,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
