Administrative Support Level II

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

Provides administrative and clerical support across operational functions by gathering, entering, tracking, and validating data; compiling reports and correspondence; and improving workflows to support mission execution.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Administrative Support Level II:Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Administrative Support Level II Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing administrative support across functional areas such as work orders, finance admin, production control, supply, or special projects

  • Gathering, collecting, inputting, recording, tracking, and verifying data from multiple sources

  • Using commercial and/or proprietary software to enter data and maintain accurate records

  • Compiling reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, and correspondence

  • Maintaining organized documentation and supporting unit processes and procedures

  • Designing simple processes and controls to enhance workflow and data quality

  • Providing data and documentation to others to support unit execution and reporting

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Administrative Support Level II Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • Average experience is 3 years in administrative, clerical, or program support roles

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume data accurately

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to learn proprietary systems and follow established processes

  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset

  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
