AI Innovation Lead (remote)

MultiPlan
United States
May 11, 2026

At Claritev, we are building the next generation of AI-driven solutions to transform healthcare and beyond. Our mission is to bend the cost curve in healthcare while driving innovation at scale.

We are seeking an AI Innovation Lead to help shape and accelerate Claritev AI transformation. This role sits at the intersection of product management, business strategy, applied AI, and enterprise transformation. You will work with business leaders, product teams, applied scientists, engineers, and operations stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities and turn them into measurable outcomes.

This is not a traditional product role and not a purely technical role. It is a high-leverage leadership role for someone who can identify the right problems, shape AI-enabled solutions, drive pilots, measure value, and help scale what works.

You will help Claritev apply Generative AI, AI agents, automation, and intelligent decision-support systems to real business and healthcare challenges. You will partner closely with technical teams to understand what is possible, while ensuring that every initiative is grounded in business value, user needs, responsible AI practices, and operational adoption.

The ideal candidate is a strong AI product thinker and transformation leader: curious, structured, technically fluent, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You should be excited by the opportunity to bring practical AI innovation into complex healthcare workflows and help teams adopt new ways of working.

What You Will Do

You will help Claritev answer and execute against questions like:

  • Where can AI create the most measurable value across our business?
  • Which workflows are ready for AI transformation, and which are not?
  • How do we prioritize AI opportunities across impact, feasibility, risk, adoption, and strategic value?
  • How do we turn early AI experiments into reliable, scalable capabilities?
  • How do we measure the true value of AI beyond demos and prototypes?
  • How do we help teams adopt AI responsibly and effectively?

You will own the path from idea to impact: discovery, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, MVP scoping, pilot execution, measurement, adoption, and scaling.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Thinks like a product leader, operates like a transformation leader, and communicates like a strategist.
  • Is deeply curious about AI but pragmatic about what it takes to deploy AI in real enterprise workflows.
  • Can work with scientists and engineers on technical feasibility while keeping business value and user adoption front and center.
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and can create structure where none exists.
  • Has strong judgment about when to use AI, when not to use AI, and how to evaluate AI responsibly.
  • Can influence without authority and align stakeholders across business, product, technology, compliance, and operations.
  • Is energized by building new capabilities, new processes, and new ways of working.
