What You Will Do as an Emblem Sew Operator:

  • Measure, mark, and sew emblems to garments according to specifications.
  • Fix errors if needed on items
  • Check logo placements, striping, pockets, and any other additional options on garments.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear Outfitters and is always worth sharing with visitors.

How You Will Make a Difference:

As an Emblem Sew Operator, you will make a difference by ensuring high-quality output (precision & quality control), maximizing production efficiency (speed & reliability), proactive maintenance & problem solving, and dependability & team collaboration.

Skills for Success:

  • Sewing/embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
  • Basic communication skills to include reading, speaking, and understanding English, and basic math skills
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others positively.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
  • Able to sit for 8 hours and work OT when necessary.
  • Able to work as part of a team and possess good communication skills.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and marking garments.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
