Work closely across regions with business and technical teams delivering sophisticated projects in Apple's fast-paced environment. Support the business during requirements definition to document the detailed needs of each project. Perform functional gap analysis and ensure project scope is clearly defined. Propose appropriate designs to meet the business requirements. Collaborate on project plans, deliverables, dependencies and risks. Write technical specifications and coordinate with technical teams on the development. Present the solution for design reviews and business playbacks. Support technical teams in crafting and implementing performance tests. Ensure adequate test cycles are defined and implemented to support production launch. Status reporting within the team and to management throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate cutover and implementation activities across teams. Resolve production issues and running scope changes.
