Our practice is located in a state-of-the-art facility at 10 Members Way, Dover, NH 03820. As a Family Medicine office, we provide outstanding primary care and preventive health care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.

We really get to know our patients to ensure that they are receiving exceptional, personalized care in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.
This RN role supports a high-volume ambulatory practice with a significant pediatric population, including infants and newborns. The position is primarily focused on triage, with additional responsibilities including nurse visits and cross-coverage on the clinical floor. The RN will work closely with one other nurse and collaborate with the broader care team to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered care delivery.
We are seeking a full time, 36-hour per week RN with a set schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM (7.25-hour days) and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (7-hour day), with the expectation of flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week based on business needs.
We do our best to keep all employees in their assigned practices and locations; however, you may also be asked to float to other departments in the WHP system when appropriate and needed during times of staffing shortages/other extenuating circumstances for cross-coverage purposes and to ensure adequate coverage and support.

Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Essential Functions
-Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
-Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
-Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
-Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
-Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
-Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required

Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required

Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred

Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required and Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Strongly Preferred:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Nursing Experience
  • EPIC experience
  • Pediatric/Family Medicine Nursing Experience
  • Phone Triage Experience
