Responsibilities

    Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS updates, benefits enrollment, and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and ensure compliance with record retention requirements
  • Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination
  • Manage HR systems and employee data updates in ADP and other internal platforms
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, policies, and HR-related matters
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Accounting, IT, and vendors to ensure timely processing of employee changes and invoices
  • Prepare HR reports including headcount, organizational charts, new hires, terminations, and workforce updates
  • Support employee engagement activities, company events, trainings, and HR programs
  • Assist with compliance tracking, audits, training records, and personnel file management
  • Support office and administrative operations including badges, seating charts, business cards, and equipment tracking
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and company information
  • Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications / Education

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with ADP and/or other HRIS and payroll systems preferred
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • HR Certification and/or PHR certification preferred
