Agile Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid position (minimum 3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is focused on release and change management within the client's digital channels space. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all changes from initiation to closure, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage each change within the digital channels space, including release containers, execution runbooks, and change requests
• Manage and coordinate each assigned change from initiation to closure
• Complete all required information and documentation for each change in ITSM tools
• Coordinate interfaces between Change Management and other ITSM processes
• Coordinate planning, implementation, and verification activities with all stakeholders
• Conduct planning and runbook reviews with change stakeholders
• Facilitate the triage of any issues found during release-related activities
• Identify and escalate risks and concerns related to releases

Requirements:

• 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• Strong functional knowledge of release management processes
• Moderate to advanced project planning software skills (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) with experience in critical path analysis
• Moderate to advanced meeting facilitation skills with the ability to lead large-scale meetings
• Moderate exposure to Agile practices and Jira tools
• Moderate to advanced experience with production record of change tools such as ITSM BMC Remedy or ServiceNow
• Previous experience with Risk Management (identifying and escalating release-related risks)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Desired skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP Certification
• Experience working in the financial industry

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
