Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Capital Bank is seeking a talented and creative Corporate Videographer to join our team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports corporate communications, marketing initiatives, brand storytelling, and internal engagement. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, creatively inspired, and able to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual content.




  • Location: Galleria Area of Houston, TX
  • Travel: Up to 25%



Key Responsibilities:




  • Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos for corporate purposes, including promotional videos, internal communications, training materials, event coverage, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and executive teams to develop video concepts aligned with brand messaging and business goals.
  • Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, storyboarding, scripting, filming, lighting, audio, and post-production editing.
  • Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting setups, and other video production tools.
  • Maintain and organize video assets, including raw footage, project files, and final deliverables.
  • Ensure all video content meets brand standards, quality expectations, and project deadlines.
  • Stay current on industry trends, video techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and impact of corporate video content.
  • Support live streaming or virtual events



What you'll need to be successful:




  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a videographer or video producer, preferably in a corporate or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of lighting, audio recording, camera operation, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creativity and artistic vision
  • Technical proficiency in video production equipment and software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt to various styles and formats depending on audience and platform
  • Problem-solving mindset and initiative
