*Provider Enrollment Analyst* *Contract Role | 9 Months*
*Pay Rate:* $18.00/hour *Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM *Work Location:* Fully Remote (Indiana residents required) *About the Role* We are seeking an experienced *Provider Enrollment Analyst* with *direct provider enrollment and/or credentialing experience* to support a highvolume Revenue Cycle Services organization. This is a *behindthescenes, productiondriven role* where accuracy and accountability are critical. Your work will directly impact provider reimbursement, payer participation, and the ability for providers to bill and prescribe. Attention to detail is essential-small errors can result in significant revenue loss. *What You'll Be Doing* * *Initiate, track, and complete provider enrollment and credentialing applications* with government and commercial payers * Manage enrollments across a complex payer mix, including *Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, delegated payers (up to 40), and riskbased payers* * Pull enrollment and participation reports from internal systems and *track work extensively in Excel* * Perform *rootcause analysis* on enrollment and claim issues that may delay reimbursement * Respond to enrollment research inquiries and proactively mitigate revenue impact * Collaborate with internal departments to resolve enrollment discrepancies and claims issues * Monitor defined reports to ensure accounts receivable and provider participation status are accurate * Maintain working knowledge of enrollment workflows, payer requirements, and internal systems *Why This Role Is Critical* Errors in provider enrollment or credentialing can: * Prevent providers from billing or prescribing * Cause widespread claim denials * Result in *millions of dollars in delayed or lost revenue* This role is ideal for someone who thrives in *independent, detaildriven work* and understands the financial consequences of enrollment accuracy. *Required Qualifications (MUST HAVE)* * *1+ year of handson provider enrollment and/or credentialing experience* * (Candidates without direct enrollment/credentialing experience will not be considered) * 1+ year of *backoffice healthcare experience* involving health insurance * (Registration, scheduling, frontdesk, or callcenteronly experience is not sufficient) * Strong understanding of *medical insurance, claims, copays, deductibles, and medical terminology* * Proven ability to *navigate multiple systems at once* * High level of attention to detail in a *productiondriven environment* * Experience where errors could result in *revenue loss or operational impact* *Preferred Qualifications* * Medical billing experience * Strong *Excel proficiency* (tracking, reporting, auditing enrollment data) * Experience working directly with payers * Familiarity with credentialing, recredentialing, and enrollment maintenance *Skills That Lead to Success* * Provider enrollment and credentialing expertise * Billing or claims background * Strong multitasking and organizational abilities * Selfmotivation and focus in a remote, independent environment * Comfort managing high volumes without direct supervision *Work Environment* * Fulltime, 40 hours per week * Fully remote * Must reside in *Indiana* for longterm placement consideration *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
