Customer Service / Order Processing Representative Location: Onsite Type: ContracttoHire Job Description This role provides sales and customer support in a technical, customorder environment. This is not a highvolume call center position. The representative will work closely with customers and internal sales teams to support quoting, order processing, expediting, and issue resolution. Orders are often customized and require collaboration with Engineering, Warehouse, and other internal departments. New hires will begin as Order Processing Representatives, focusing on data entry while learning systems and product lines. Responsibilities will expand as training progresses. Daily work includes use of Outlook, Excel, and SAP. Responsibilities * Support customers and internal sales representatives with orderrelated needs * Process and enter customer orders accurately, including custom orders * Assist with quotes, expediting, and restocking requests * Troubleshoot order and product issues * Communicate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries * Maintain accurate documentation and system records Required Skills & Qualifications * 1+ year of customer service or order entry experience * Ability to think analytically and learn technical product information * Positive, professional attitude * Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher * Strong computer skills * Excellent attention to detail * High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications * 4year college degree * Experience working in SAP * 2-4 years of technical customer service experience * Exposure to technical or manufacturing environments (e.g., power transmission) * Handson technical interests (mechanical, automotive, agricultural, etc.) * Bilingual in English and Spanish Additional Details * Comprehensive 12week training program * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunity to gain technical and mechanical product knowledge * Experience in a growing, stable industry with longterm potential Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waunakee, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.21 - $23.21/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
